Our Service to you

Barry Bennett Ltd prides itself on it's customer service, we aim
to offer the highest service possible, offering the customer the option
of a home delivery service along with installation and familiarisation,
ensuring all the equipment is setup correctly and the customer has
the confidence to use the software and hardware supplied.
Delivery is made as soon as all items on the order are in stock. This
is usually done within 14 working days. The student is telephoned and
a time and day to deliver is arranged. We keep the student informed
at all stages of the order process:
- When we have received the order.
- When we expect the order to be fulfilled.
- And when to arrange delivery.
Installation is undertaken on request and involves firstly the installation
of all software purchased and full testing of all hardware, this procedure
takes place in our workshop by our in-house technical staff.
The delivery of the customers equipment is undertaken by one of our
highly trained technical staff. The system is then unpacked and setup
for the customer, this as we know can be very important if the customer
has a disability.
Familiarisation is an area that we as a company have lead the field,
the basic idea behind the process is to familiarize the customer with
the equipment he/she has received, this includes all areas of the operating
system and any software purchased, also how to use equipment such as
printers and scanners etc, and instruction on how to connect to and
use the internet, all these areas must be covered to the customers
satisfaction before the engineer leaves. |
