Barry Bennett 3 Peak Challenge

On the 11th July 2015, twenty two of our staff members are set to complete The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge which takes place on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.

Not for the faint hearted, the team are challenged to walk the tough 24.5 mile journey in less than 12 hours.

Joanne Warlow celebrates a staggering 25 years at Barry Bennett

Congratulations and a huge thank you to Joanne Warlow who celebrates a staggering 25 years' service at Barry Bennett on 30th August 2013.

Joanne, who manages our accounts department at Head Office in Bolton, joined the business when Barry Bennett himself was still heavily involved and has seen us grow from strength to strength during the years which followed. Joanne has played an integral part in the development of the business and her support and dedication has been second to none. Thank you Joanne!

Barry Bennett Doubles Revenues

Assistive technology and workplace solutions specialist Barry Bennett Ltd has implemented a major rebranding programme as part of a growth strategy to double turnover in five years.

The Bolton-based business has also appointed Paul Limb as its commercial manager, with a remit to drive its workplace solutions and office supplies business.

Family-owned Barry Bennett specialises in assistive technology and ergonomic solutions in higher education and the workplace. Revenue has grown from £5m in 2006 to almost £11m in the current year, and the business has realistic plans to double this figure to more than £20m by 2017.

As well as its head office in Bolton, Barry Bennett has an 85-strong workforce includes a national team of trained installation engineers, qualified assessors, certified trainers and service support technicians.
