The order process

The order process


 

Once we have processed your order (following the receipt of your £200 contribution if applicable), we will send you an order confirmation by email. This email will contain a breakdown of the items on your order and details of the next steps in the process of arranging your delivery.

From the date of receiving the order confirmation email, our scheduling team will contact you within 4-5 working days to arrange your delivery with you. We will aim for delivery within 7-10 working days subject to the items on your order and your availability.

If you have been awarded assistive technology training with Barry Bennett, our scheduling team will also arrange this with you. If your training is with another supplier then you will need to contact them directly to make the arrangements.
