If you are trying to
contact a representative for online support and you have
not had instruction over the phone follow these simple
steps below.
Once connected we will need to confirm your details and warranty
in the chat box, please have either, your account number
or full name and original delivery address to hand as we
confirm these first. |

| Use the drop down box to select a representative,
then click continue |

| Step 2 |

| The system will then
message the representative and he will then accept call |
| |
| Step 3 |
|
| Once contact has been
made the system will attempt to install a plug in on your
system, if this fails you will need to manually download
the software, follow the on screen instructions to complete
the step |

| Step 4 |

| When the software has
been installed, you will then be asked to ensure any confidential
information is closed as the representative will be able
to view any open documents. Once connected the representative
will have full control of the mouse and be able to view
your screen, any actions he takes will be visible to you. |
