Location: Bolton
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

As part of our continued growth, a Recruitment Administrator vacancy has become available to form part of the HR team. The successful candidate should be well experienced within a recruitment administration role and be confident in communicating with candidates at all levels. As part of this busy role you will also help coordinate the recruitment process as part of the NMH team.

As this role grows there may also be opportunity to get involved further with the HR side of administration. So previous experience working within a HR department would be preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring successful recruitment of academic staff and subsequent monitoring of performance
  • Screening CVs in line with relevant guidelines
  • Arranging interviews
  • Sending email confirmations
  • Issuing new starter / induction information
  • Responsible for completing pre-employment checks, right to work, DBS and references
  • Setting up new starters on the inhouse system
  • Handling telephone queries from new starters in relation to their ongoing applications
  • Assisting with the organisation of interview and induction days
  • Assisting NMH coordinators in the collection of relevant membership and DBS documents

You must:

  • Be a clear and efficient communicator by email, phone and face to face
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Hold solid relevant experience
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
