Hours: 37 per week, Monday – Thursday 09.00am – 5.30pm, Friday 09.00am – 5.00pm
Barry Bennett Ltd have been operating as an Assistive Technology Service Provider (ATSP) for over 20 years. We supply computer systems, specialised software, hardware and ergonomic solutions along with familiarisation, training, aftercare and Non-Medical (NMH) Help Support to disabled students in receipt of the Disabled Student Allowance (DSA) throughout the UK.
The role of a Sales Orders Administrator is to provide a first-class level of support to students at the start of their journey with Barry Bennett Ltd. From taking initial enquiries by email and telephone, through the orders and potential upgrade journey you will be responsible for provide advice and guidance in a courteous and professional manner. Processing orders and payments and responding to queries form the main duties within this role. Although this will predominantly be a home based role, there will be an ad-hoc requirement to work in the Bolton office once a month when restrictions allow.
