Location: Bolton
Salary: £17,000
Hours: Full time, Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Temporary Contract

A Scheduling Administrator position has become available to join one of our busy teams, based at the head office in Bolton. Working within a fast-paced team, the successful candidate will be responsible for arranging delivery and training appointments for students in receipt of the Disabled Student Allowance within a pre-designated time frame. You will work closely with other in-house teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time and that the student is updated throughout the process. This position will be covering maternity leave and will therefore be a temporary contract for a period of around 10 months.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work to deadlines adhering to Key Performance Indicators
  • Arranging appointments for students ensuring that the routes are planned well in order to be as economical as possible
  • Inputting customer details & sales orders accurately within a timely fashion
  • Dealing with busy phone lines
  • Communicating with team members, internal teams and field staff
  • Providing excellent customer care
  • General administration
  • Telephone and email queries
  • Speaking with assessment centre staff
  • Invoicing

For this role you must:

  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Have clear communication skills
  • Hold previous customer service experience
  • Experienced within Outlook and Office packages
  • Be a team player
  • Work well under pressure during busy periods
