Windows 11 upgrades - Important Notice
We advise at this time NOT to upgrade to the latest version of Windows (11), this is due to the assistive software not being fully tested/updated by the software developers to work fully with this version. This may also affect any software that you have installed yourself for personal or course work use.

MacOS Monterey
Please be aware that should you decide to upgrade your current MacOS to Monterey 12.0, this may result in loss of functionality with your installed assistive technology applications, including connectivity with other accessories and hardware. If you have any questions in relation to updating your MacOS, we recommend that you contact our technical support team prior to applying any updates.
Please note that once installed this update cannot be rolled back to the previous version.
