Upgrade your DSA funded computer

Important notice:
Upgrading your computer or printer is likely to cause delays to our standard delivery time of 5-10 working days as we do not hold most upgraded machines in stock. The majority of Windows laptops do arrive with us in 7-10 days (if not sooner), however, iMacs and special build Mac machines can take up to 6 weeks to come into stock. We are currently experiencing delays of up to 4 weeks on DELL machines. Printers are also currently in short supply nationally but we are working to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that the amount awarded on your funding body approval letter relates to your complete order and includes items (if applicable) such as computer, insurance, warranty, accessories, printer/scanner, digital voice recorder and assistive software. To see all the items which you have been awarded, please refer to the quotations section towards the back of your Needs Assessment Report.

Request an upgrade
Visit our upgrade portal to browse our range of Apple Macs, PC notebooks and all-in-one PCs. Then copy & paste the product code(s) for your chosen machines(s) into the order form.

The next steps
Our upgrades team will contact you with your quotation and instructions. Once you have made your payment and we have completed your order we aim to deliver your equipment within working days (dependent on your availability & the items on your order)

To help you compare the specifications of computer you have been awarded with any potential upgrade. View our current WKH15 model.

The price shown is the full price for the machine. The price you will need to pay will be the price shown less the value of the machine recommended by your assessor.

Upgrading to an Apple Mac could also be subject to additional costs due to changes in the recommended insurance, laptop, accessories and software. View an example of a WKH15 to Macbook Air 13" comparison quote.
