Arrange your NMH support
If you have been awarded Non-Medical-Help (NMH) support, we will 'match' you with a support worker who has the appropriate role specific skills for your needs, for example note-taking or study coaching skills, to support you with your studies.
NMH role descriptions
Our series of handy videos explain what you, as a student, can expect from each of the support types you may have been awarded. These should help to alleviate any concerns or anxiety you may have before booking your sessions with us. Click here to view.
Work for us
Our recruitment campaign is now underway for all roles for the 2025/2026 academic year. By joining our team you will be offered flexible working hours, excellent rates of pay plus remote working where appropriate.
NMH charge rates
Our charge rates are not fixed and are open to negotiation. If your university has high volumes of DSA overspends or international students that require support, we can help by offering reduced rates.
